Dick's Sporting Goods puts together some of the best motivational videos - stories that relate to the leader of a sales force as well as decision making in daily living. We all have critical decisions to make everyday, much like this pitcher.

When selfishness overtakes a kingdom, one boy has an experience that not only changes the outcome of his own results, but also sets an example for everyone in the community to emulate, even under great adversity.

This is one of those amazing motivational videos in honor of Coach Mike Krzyzewski, more commonly known as Coach K of Duke University's Men's Basketball Team, the Blue Devils.  Coach K was named Sportsman of the Year in 2012 by Sports Illustrated (along with Sportswoman Pat Summit, then coach of the Tennessee Lady Volunteers). But Coach K doesn't attribute this honor to himself...he really pours into the lives of his players.

In one of Johnnie Walker's motivational videos, we see a working man living in a gray world without color, who dreamed of a better world filled with glittering possibilities. They're the kind of dreams that make the world go round! One day a red flower blows into the bowl that defines his world, and he begins believing that he can make it to this better world filled with possibilities.  He tries to take action towards his dream by making the effort to climb out of his world alone, but he fails.

"What started as a whisper, slowly turned to a scream...", the music in the background of this spot sings out. The voice-over talent continues the theme, "Everyday people choose to do the right thing. There's an insurance agency that does that, too. Liberty Mutual Insurance. Responsibility: what's your policy?"

I'm thankful for our US Army. Each chance I see one of our service men or women in uniform, I try to go out of my way to say, "Thank you for serving!" This 60-second motivational video addresses brotherhood, getting over yourself, doing something that will change lives.

In the midst of seemingly impossible odds, Dick and Rick Hoyt delightfully exemplify teamwork.  Dick Hoyt, the father of a disabled son, has for years created a life of joy for his son, empowering him to be his best.  And in the process, he has brought dignity not only to his son, but to an entire generation of individuals who have disabilities. Disabilities are not always physical...they can be in our minds as well.

Another great coaching moment...this motivational video clip highlights an inspiring coach who understands how to empower a team, through one player - even in the face of pessimism, doubt and a naysaying.
