This is one of those amazing motivational videos - a story that needs to be told and re-told about the legacy of Ed Thomas - a football coach in small town Iowa. Sometimes circumstances don't make sense, and the tendency can be toward anger or bitterness. However, the story of Ed Thomas' family is one in which forgiveness and reconciliation are born out of great tragedy.

This motivational video mirrors circumstances that we may have experienced in our lives, our companies, or in our family.  Circumstances don't always go the way we expect, but our response is critical; it can change an entire community.
