When I think of creative ideas, I think of this outstanding creative production for Cosmote:
Innovation drives many organizations. A business mentor of mine, Bill Heitzman, wrote a book entitled "Innovate or Die" where he describes the absolute essential ingredient of making adjustments in order to provide the best services for clients. We're in a time when this is essential for survival.
I'm excited about innovation as well. Based on requests from our clients, we're expanding our creative platform to include three essential services:
For years we've served companies primarily in the US, but recently with the changes in the economy, we're expanding internationally, including Switzerland, Hong Kong, Kenya and Brazil. Innovation can include looking at ways to expand internationally, as we've done this month with clients in Canada and the UK. Whether it's print, online design, video or events, creative design needs to be geared to people all across the world.
Charlie "Tremendous" Jones once said, "You'll be the same person today as you are in 5 years except for two things: the books you read and the people you meet." I believe he's correct. I'm exploring two books this month: "Influencer: The Power to Change Anything" by Kerry Patterson and "The 100 Best Business Books of All Time" by Jack Covert and Todd Sattersten.
And here's a Proverb from my favorite book of all time, "An intelligent heart acquires knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge." Listening to people wiser than myself, including the writings of dead people, is one of the most important things I continue to do.
I'm interested in your ideas about how innovation has changed your organization.
