I was thinking about how powerful this can be, not only for the American Red Cross, but for any organization that wants to send hundreds of cameras to their clients, letting them tell their own stories of how they benefitted from a product, service or employee. These stories are real, authentic, and it's probably the best testimonial that anyone could give about an organization, telling how they personally benefitted.
Not that I have anything against professionally produced testimonials (that's what we do, afterall!), but the power of a storyteller being told by the person who has benefitted themselves is so wonderful.
