About Mark Provo

The military precision portion of the program comes from Mark Provo (call sign, “Utah”) who is well known in the aviation world. During his career in the United States Navy, Mark was a Naval Aviator flying 3,000 hours in the FA-18 Hornet as both a pilot and a Fighter-Weapons Instructor. A combat decorated veteran of Operation Desert Storm, Mark’s aviation career reached new heights when he was personally selected for the rare opportunity to fly as the Lead Solo Pilot with the Navy’s world renowned flight demonstration team, the Blue Angels.

Provo teaches the process that helped the individuals and Blue Angel team become the best of the best. Mark correlates this process into the business world from his own business experience where he served as a Managing Director of a venture capital firm and is currently the founder of his own company. Mark has been an integral part of team improvement for various companies including Ringling Brothers, Barnum and Bailey Circus, Disney on Ice, ADT, Orange, Iron Mountain, Staubach and Company and Papajohn's Pizza. Mark teaches the process that your team can take home and implement on Monday. Substance instead of emotional flash.
