1. Digital Products are Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of digital content, specifically video files that can be instantly downloaded and cannot be returned, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered or access has been granted.
We cannot offer refunds if:
- The video was purchased by mistake.
- You decide you no longer want the video after downloading it.
- You did not use the video after downloading it.
- The video is not compatible with your specific device, provided the file format was clearly advertised (e.g., MP4).
2. Exceptions for Technical Issues
We stand by the quality of our products. A full refund or replacement may be issued only in the following circumstances:
- The video file is corrupted, damaged, or unplayable due to a technical error on our end.
- The video file is materially different from its description or preview.

We may require you to provide specific details regarding the issue (e.g., device type, operating system, description of the error) to help us troubleshoot and confirm the fault.
3. No Cancellation After Download
The "cancellation" period effectively ends the moment you initiate the download or access the digital content. The purchase is complete when the delivery of the digital product begins with your express consent.
4. EU and UK Consumer Rights Acknowledgment
If you are a customer in the European Union or the UK, you typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by purchasing a digital video download from us and expressly consenting to the immediate download and access of the content, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to this 14-day cooling-off period.
