Whether good or bad!  For a sales force, for individuals, and for entire organizations, this message really makes sense! In her coaching, Goodrich asks her clients, "What do you want?" And most people respond with what they don't want!  

    Goodrich uses many great analogies, beginning with a common experience in the 3rd grade - waiting our turn to read out loud in front of our peers. She follows with a similar experience with colleagues in the conference room. 

    Goodrich offers 3 steps for getting started: 

    1) Make a commitment
    2) Monitor yourself
    3) Practice

    Then Goodrich concludes with an amazing story about Cliff Young, a 61 year old farmer who ran a marathon, shuffling!  I'll let Laura, in her video, tell you the story and the results...it's surprising!
