What I love about this is not just the surprise ending, but also that this butterfly is not alone in this journey. For sales people, we sometimes feel there is no way in (or out) of certain accounts, there's just no way because it's been tried before and it hasn't happened... yet! Or those who feel like breaking an addiction is pointless, and others just keep nagging and telling that person that it's not possible to change, no sense in even trying. This is simply an awesome response to both of those! I just love this video!
